No overcrowded cruise line tours for you! This small, intimate group tour is capped at 8 guests to ensure that you will have a personalized experience. You will meet up with your driver/guide at the pier for an approximate 30 minute, comfortable, and air-conditioned ride to Pisa. Upon arrival you will make your way to the Field of Miracles for photos, then enjoy one hour of free time on your own to survey the area including the Cathedral, the Baptistry, and the iconic Leaning Tower (entrance fees not included).

At the agreed-upon time you will regroup for a scenic ride to Florence as you pass through the rolling hills of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Once in Florence, you will start your walking tour in the city's historical center, beginning with Piazza del Duomo with its Italian Gothic-style Duomo. This landmark of the Florentine skyline was completed in 1436 and dedicated to Santa Maria del Fiore.

Continue to Piazza Della Signoria, the political heart of the city both past and present. Nearby is the dazzling Ponte Vecchio bridge with its double row of shops, where you will enjoy 45 minutes to shop and eat while admiring this structure that dates to Roman times.

From there you will continue to one of Florence's largest public squares, the Square of Santa Croce (Holy Cross), with its Basilica of Santa Croce, the largest Franciscan church in the world with 16 chapels. This imposing medieval church is also the burial place of many of Florence's greats including Michelangelo, Galileo Galilei, Vittorio Alfieri, and Gioacchino Rossini.

This tour is perfect for those who want to make the most of their time in Pisa and Florence without the hassle and waits that come with larger tour groups, book now as space is very limited.
