Restrictions This tour is not wheelchair accessible, and motorized scooters are not permitted. Only collapsible wheelchairs, walkers, foldable strollers, and backpacks are allowed but must be handled independently by guests.

Moderate walking is involved, mostly on flat surfaces, though guests should be prepared for varied terrains, such as wood, dirt, and cobbler stones. Guests should be able to navigate several stairs and steps independently. For this reason, the tour is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, back problems, crutches, prosthetics, or other mobility-related disabilities. Guests with special requests must provide information at time of booking.

No standing is allowed in the vehicle, and guests should not talk to the driver as this could cause distractions. Guests are instructed to listen to the driver and/or guide at all times, especially in the case of an emergency.

The maximum weight limit for zip lining is 260 lbs. (118 kg). Infants aged 0-2 are not allowed on this tour. All participants are required to sign a waiver before the tour begins. NO alcoholic beverages can be purchased before or during any activity.
