Restrictions The zoo is located on a slope. Although it is wheelchair accessible, guests should have someone with them to push. Wheelchairs are available to borrow for free at the zoo with advanced notice at time of booking. Some behind the scenes areas may not be fully accessible and/or have a small number of steps. Strollers are also available for an additional charge. Children 3 years of age or younger may attend the tour free of charge.
