Recommended Dress We recommend wearing a bathing suit under lightweight clothing and sturdy shoes (hiking or sneakers) you do not mind getting wet, water-shoes (with heavy tread), or sport type sandals with a back-strap (like Tevas). Flip-flops, dress sandals, or street shoes are not permitted. Participants who do not have the proper footwear will be required to rent shoes for a nominal fee. A towel, sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellent, and cash for purchases is suggested.
Restrictions Guests must be at least 8 years of age and proof of age is required. Parents must provide copies of passports for all children under 18 years old. This tour is not wheelchair, scooter, or walker accessible, and cannot accommodate guests with mobility issues, or those who have difficulty walking or standing. Participants must fit comfortably in one seat on the transport vehicle, and be able to stand, walk, and board the bus completely unassisted by staff or friends/family. Guests must be able to easily navigate uneven terrain, sandy areas, inclines, downward slopes, and steps. Guests must also be able to cross a river on foot. The water height varies depending on the season, and the amount of recent precipitation. Participants must be free of respiratory and heart problems. This tour is not recommended for pregnant women and guests with back or neck injuries, as the roads are bumpy in many areas. Participants who do not have the proper footwear will be required to rent shoes for a nominal fee.
