Falmouth Dunns River Falls and River Tubing
Take our Dunn's River Falls and White River Tubing Tour and you may never return to civilization!
After meeting your driver and small group, often 12 or fewer, you will drive from Falmouth, approximately 45 minutes west of Ocho Rios, to Dunn's River Falls, is roughly 600 feet above sea level, with beautiful, crystal-clear water running down the mountain into the ocean.
It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes to climb all the way up the mountain. There are places along the way to slide down into pools of water, take a swim and climb again. For those who wish to stop climbing, there are multiple points where you can leave the falls and walk on the adjacent path. There are local "guides" at the falls who will lead you up. These guides are separate from your Falmouth cruise tour and will expect a gratuity when you reach the top.
From the falls, you will drive to the nearby White River and receive a tube for a lazy float down the river with your guide. A stop will be made where you can swing on a rope and fall in the river before continuing on. The float usually takes between 45 and 55 minutes.
Your driver will safeguard your belongings during the trip, and will meet you at the end of the river for the return drive to Falmouth.
Please Note: Although there are changing facilities at the falls, we suggest wearing your swimming suit under comfortable clothing. Water shoes can be rented at the falls if you do not have sneakers or your own water shoes. Flip flops are not recommended. Climbing the falls is not recommended to guests with back or hip/knee concerns.
This was beyond our expectations. When we got onto the river, it was absolutely heavenly. The clear waters, the funny guides, everything was amazing. Would definitely do again.

Absolutely awesome tour with the best tour guide, Earl. We had an elderly person with us and he took great care of her while we climbed the falls. Afterwards, he took us to the best souvenir shops and places to buy authentic Jamaican items. Worth every minute...a once in a life time thing to do and see!

loved the small group and attentive guide/van driver I managed to climb the falls with the help of my 2 sons, my grandson did it too !! definitely would not recommend climbing the falls for folks with back or joint issues- my husband kept ny young granddaughter and went up the adjacent path to play in one of pools half way up the fall. The lazy river tubing was great ! my granddaughter (4) rode with her mother and my grandson ( 6 1/2)rode in his own inner tube-- we brought their life vests to wear for for my peace of mind but they were not in the water. The guides kept us all moving. One of the best excursions we took.

I couldn't recommend any excursion more highly! Climbing the falls was the most exile- rating excursion I have had. The river rafting was equally good and our guide was great!

This one one of the highlights of the cruise. Rarely, as an adult do I get to play in water with others and be surprised in the midst as children do. It was challenging and a bit scary, which made it exhilarating. Our tour guide and the guides at The Fall were too. I have No complaints.
