Your experience begins near the port, where you will meet your guide and board comfortable, air-conditioned transportation for the approximately 90-minute drive to Seville. Guests are encouraged to use the restroom before departure, as there will be no scheduled stops during the drive. Upon arrival, enjoy a panoramic drive along Avenida de las Palmeras, past the Golden Tower, and through the historic Triana district. You will then stop at Plaza de Espana to admire its grand architecture, colorful ceramic tiles, bridges, and surrounding gardens.
Follow your guide through the narrow streets and hidden courtyards of Santa Cruz, the former Jewish Quarter of Seville. Continue to Seville Cathedral for an approximately 60-minute visit featuring its gold-filled interior, art collection, Patio de los Naranjos, and the tomb of Christopher Columbus.
Next, spend approximately 60 minutes exploring the Real Alcazar. Discover its blend of Islamic, Christian, and Jewish architectural influences while walking through decorated rooms and gardens filled with fountains and intricate tilework.
After your guided experience, enjoy approximately one to two hours of free time, depending on the ship schedule. Browse local shops, purchase souvenirs, or enjoy lunch at your own expense.
Before returning to the port, enjoy a panoramic drive through Cadiz featuring La Caleta Beach, Cadiz Cathedral, Puerta Tierra, and Santa Catalina Castle. You will arrive back at the port approximately one hour before the scheduled departure of your ship.
