The city tour and bay cruse were very good.

I will not book thru BJ's again for a shore excursion. We had a considerable walk to get to the tour office and when we arrived they said they did not have our reservation. Why Not, I had a conformation but they did not have in their system????? I made enough of a fuss that they put us on the next tour. Why do we have to have these hassles while on vacation? The savings compared against the ship prices were not a big savings and certainly the hassels negated any savings.
