Restrictions All participants must sign a waiver, must be competent swimmers, and must be in good health and self-sufficient, with the ability to ascend and descend stairs. This tour is not wheelchair accessible and pregnant women, guests with asthma, heart or respiratory conditions, diabetes, seizures, high or low blood pressure, back or neck injuries, limited motor skills affecting coordination, or those taking antidepressant medications, lithium, beta blockers, or vasoconstrictors are prohibited from taking this tour. Health screenings may be conducted at the beginning of the tour in order to ensure guest safety and well-being. Due to the naturally rocky nature of Isla Mia's shoreline, we recommend wearing water shoes for a more comfortable experience when entering the water. The minimum age to participate is 8 years old, the maximum age to participate is 70 years old, and the maximum weight to participate is 320 pounds (145 kg).

Participation in any part of the experience is entirely at the guest’s sole discretion, risk, and responsibility.

All guests must comply with ALL instructions given by the staff throughout the experience. All minors must be accompanied, directly supervised, and cared for by a responsible adult companion, parent(s), or legal guardian at all times.

The minimum age to drive is 18 years old, and a valid driver’s license must be presented on the day of the tour in order to drive. There is a zero-tolerance policy for any drivers to be under the influence of any substance at any time, and we reserve the right to deny service to any guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or any other substance. Reckless driving is also strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to stop the excursion for any party displaying reckless driving without prior notice or refund. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to unsafe driving and/or negligence.
