Hop in your Jeep for a scenic SELF drive through Cozumel, snorkel around coral reef-surrounded islands, and embark on an exciting adventure when you book this five-hour sea island adventure tour in Cozumel. This scenic, year-round excursion is available daily and includes a scenic drive via a Jeep Wrangler equipped with an automatic transmission and air-conditioned for your comfort. You will also have time to relax on the beach with access to the Tortugas Beach Club amenities like free WiFi, water mattresses, beach lounge chairs, and kayaks, making this tour perfect for beachgoers and marine enthusiasts alike! Your scenic tour also includes a bilingual, English and Spanish speaking tour guide with first aid training, a relaxing boat adventure, a snorkeling session, snorkeling gear, and a mouthwatering lunch of authentic Mexican fajitas (beef, chicken or vegetarian) with garnishments like rice and beans and one complimentary non-alcoholic beverage. While the itinerary can follow a different order and the tour doesn't include gratuities, beach club activities like parasailing, or beverages for lunch, it includes refreshments like sodas and ice cold bottled water during the land portion.

Start your scenic tour by making your way from your cruise pier to your rendezvous point to meet up and check-in with your expert bilingual guide and receive safety instructions. From there, you'll drive following your tour guide directions (the Tour Guide might be with you on board or driving another vehicle) for a scenic drive around Cozumel. Along the way, you'll get to enjoy refreshments like ice-cold bottled water and sodas while you take in the tropical atmosphere of the island. Stop at iconic beachfront bars, restaurants, and beaches like Playa Mezcalitos and El Mirador to take stunning photos on your way to Tortugas Beach Club.

Once you arrive at the Tortugas Beach Club near the National Marine Park, you'll board a small comfortable boat and zip across the crystalline Caribbean waters to the nearby coral reefs, relaxing as you listen to music and the crew share tales of the local culture. Cozumel's coral reef system is part of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System, which is the second largest of its kind in the world. With such a large reef system, the waters that surround the island are home to a wide selection of marine life, including toadfish, green sea turtles, lobsters, and black coral, which you'll catch a glimpse of on your guided snorkel tour.

Continue your scenic adventure with time to relax at the Tortugas Beach Club. Soak up the sun as you lay back on the beach lounge chairs or water mattresses, jump on the water trampoline or kayak over the Caribbean's turquoise blue waters. You'll also get to enjoy chowing down on an authentic Mexican dish like fajitas with a side of rice and beans before heading back to your port for the perfect end to your tour.

With a relaxing boat ride combined with beach club amenities, a scenic drive, and an exciting snorkel adventure, this is a tour you don't want to miss. Reserve your spot on this spectacular outdoor sea and beach tour and get ready for an unforgettable time in Cozumel!

Jeep and Snorkel combo

We had our own personal tour guide for the day! He took us around the island showing us the high points, playing in a great beach, the kids were entertained with trampoline es in the water while we dined and enjoyed drinks before snorkeling.

Great Excursion

This Jeep snorkel combo tour is a great way to see all the beauty of Cozumel. Our guide Domingo was fantastic. He made sure we had everything we needed and showed us parts of the Island typically not included in a standard tour. Our boat captain and mate, Pedro and Cesar, provided a wonderful snorkel trip. I would highly recommend this tour. If you are lucky enough to have Domingo as your tour guide I assure you, you will enjoy it.

Great Excursion
April 03, 2023
We had a great time touring the island and snorkeling the reef! It was a breath of fresh air to get away from the hustle and bustle of the port and see the beautiful beaches on the other side of the island that had nearly nobody there. Our guide was great too, and the resort was amazing as well. The fajitas were good, and sufficient for us, but bring some money for the specialty drinks the resort has, they don’t underpour!

Wonderful Excursions
February 09, 2022
Our guide was wonderful. He took us to areas off the beaten path. He had a wealth of knowledge about the Mayan history. The snorkel part of the tour was awesome even though the water was a little cold. My party and I had an amazing time and highly recommend this excursion. This will be an excursion we will look to do again one day.
