Recommended Dress We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sensible, flat-soled walking shoes. A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are also suggested. A light jacket is advisable during cooler seasons. If you plan to visit a religious or memorial site, shoulders and knees must be covered.
Restrictions This tour is not wheelchair accessible and cannot accommodate motorized scooters or collapsible wheelchairs. However, foldable strollers, walkers, 1 piece of luggage, and 1 carry-on bag per guest are allowed.

Walking during the tour is optional and based on each guest's comfort level. Most attractions include level sidewalks, paved streets, plazas, and public walkways. Guests should be able to navigate some steps and independently enter and exit the vehicle without assistance or travel with a paid companion who can assist them.

There will be a 2-minute safety briefing before tour departure.

Restroom facilities are available at most major attractions. Some public restroom facilities may charge a small usage fee of approximately 2 to 5 MAD (about 0.20 to 0.55 USD), payable in MAD cash. Please bring MAD cash with you.

There is no minimum age requirement to participate; however, children ages 0 to 2 must sit on a parent's lap, and all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
