We had a wonderful guide showing us many different parts of Montevideo while sharing some very interesting stories. He was able to engage all of us in the conversation so that it made for a much more interesting tour.

Penguins and Wildlife Sightings

This was a very interesting tour. Small group made it more fun. The combination of an English speaking guide and a local naturalist (college professor) made for some very interesting commentary and interaction. Driver was great at sighting animals in the distance. Be prepared for a long drive, sometimes over rough terrain so if you have bad back issues, this might not be for you. Wonderful penguin sightings - up close.

A Bit of History on the Water

Large catamaran with lots of stops to see different islands in the famous Beagle Channel. There were numerous photo opportunities along the way. Be prepared for large group on the boat. We stayed in places a bit longer so all would have an opportunity to take pictures or be in them by the photographers onboard.

This tour was excellent. The guide and the driver were very knowledgeable and quick to point out wildlife, etc as we drove through the countryside.

Our party of 4 got on the bus and and sat ourselves in the first 2 front rows on the upper level, which afforded us a good view on a beautiful day! The bus took off exactly on time and the narration was clear. We did several stops for photo ops…and back to the starting point of our tour.
We do recommend.

Our party of 4 boarded our bus and took our seats.
It was a bit long over dirt roads until the entrance of the
National Park. We made several stops of interest and our guide was very good in her park history. She was responsible and always made sure everyone was counted before the bus left the designated stops.
